Associate Separation Guide – ADP Reference 

This guide is designed to provide you with information after separating employment with the Company. As a former Company associate, you need to: 

 1. Stay informed. 

In the event you need to update your personal information, please refer to the self service ADP registration steps below. This will help to ensure that you continue to receive important information and your W-2 tax form. Once you are logged in using the below steps, please check to make sure that all your personal information is correct. This is the only way to get the information updated. Self Service ADP Registration Quick Reference 

Welcome! ADP is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that only you can access your personal information. To assist us in meeting that commitment, you must register with us before using our services. 

During registration, you will establish your contact preferences and select an email address to receive security notification from your company or ADP. You can also activate your email address and mobile phone numbers to receive login information upon your request. 

Before You Begin: You will need your registration pass code and the URL of your ADP web site provided below. Be sure to keep them handy. 

1. To start registration, click on “Create Account”.

2. Click “I have a registration code”

3. Enter the registration pass code = CFi2-Truckload1 

And then click “Continue”.

4. Enter your personal information to find your record and click “Continue”

5. Final step would be to log in. If you know your password, click “Sign-In.” If you do not know your password, click “I don’t know my password.”
