Michaels’ “Carrier Partner of the Year Award”

(2007, 2008, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017)

The Michaels Carrier of the Year Award goes to the top carrier, based on the following criteria:

  1. On time performance to their stores is most important. Must be 98% or better. This includes Dedicated and OTR deliveries.
  2. Communication and Customer Service. Must have daily professional communication with all appropriate Michaels Logistics entities.
  3. Surge Response. Must be able to double capacity during Michaels Retail Peak months and offer a variety of solutions for this complex issue.
