Being prepared for your trips, perceptive on the roads, practicing efficiently, and preventing distractions are all ways we practice safety at CFI. BE Prepare 1 Come prepared for your trip by scheduling your stops for the day, conducting your pre-trip inspection, and planning around weather delays. BE Perceptive 2 Stay aware of your surroundings and prevent mishaps by continuously scanning the roadway, checking your mirrors, and watching for changes in road conditions. USE PROPER PRACTICE 3 Proper practice means using the best approach for a given situation. Cutting corners leads to unsafe conditions. Make sure you understand the proper practice before any execution. PREVENT DISTRACTION 4 Eliminate anything that will distract your focus from the roads.
